Friends of the Foss is a group within the Tacoma Waterfront Association that is dedicated to bringing people together on the waterfront; friends, family, or simply passers by. Friends of the Foss brings entertainment, food and fun to enjoy time listening to music, laughing at clowns, drawing with sidewalk chalk, petting a reptile, or simply basking in the sun and the knowledge that all are welcome here, on the waterfront, in this special place.

Friends of the Foss is looking forward to its 2020 season; its third and undoubtedly best! Friends of the Foss has already been awarded a $10,000 grant from Tacoma Creates to continue to be able to bring family oriented entertainment to the Foss at no cost to the public. Planning is underway! Watch this space for the events calendar and how you can get involved or simply enjoy this gathering spot on the water, as it has been for untold years.
